Design and implementation of CMOS power ICs. Development cycle including circuit design, simulation, modeling, verification and bench characterization.

1. Responsible for analog IC products (power management) development as market request. 2. Complete design of low & high voltage CMOS circuit, SPICE simulation. 3. Co-work with Layout Engineer for layout procedure and responsible for IC design and evaluation in power management products. 4. Work closely with AE and FAE for test, manufacture and low cost production. 5. Project planning and reporting. Remark: 1. Minimum BS/MS in Electronic Engineering 2. Have experience in analog or mixed-signal circuit design; 3. Good knowledge in analog IC design, device physics, and analog layout; 4. Familiar with SPICE simulation tools and hands-on experience in design basic analog building. 5. Familiar with MATLAB, Verilog-A or C is a plus. 6. Experience in designing ADC or DAC is a plus. 7. Strong Communication skills, high level of intelligence, self-motivation and aggressiveness. 8. Fluency in English and Mandarin required.
