Job responsibilities
1、Provide comprehensive administrative support to the department and team members to ensure smooth daily operations
2、Coordinate communication and collaboration between departments to facilitate effective information flow and cross-departmental cooperation
3、Manage daily office operations, including procurement and inventory management of office supplies, ensuring sufficient resources and proper allocation
4、Handle various administrative documents and reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
5、Support the Public Relations department with daily tasks, including assisting with internal and external communications, organizing company events, and handling inquiries and reception of department personnel
6、Address administrative issues, coordinate resources, and ensure timely problem resolution
7、Be adaptable and able to travel frequently both domestically and internationally to assist in company projects or events
8、Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by superiors
Job Requirements
1、Proficient in Chinese, English, and Malay, with strong written and verbal communication skills
2、Hold a valid driving license, able to drive independently, and willing to travel for work
3、Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
4、Strong communication and coordination skills, capable of handling multiple tasks while maintaining organization
5、Highly responsible, with strong teamwork and problem-solving abilities
6、Able to adapt to a fast-paced work environment and handle stress effectively
