Job responsibilities
- Conduct channel market analysis for designated regions or industries, and formulate channel development strategies and plans. Assist in designing channel structures, partner types, tier classifications, and authorization systems (e.g., general agents, regional agents, industry agents). Set channel sales performance targets and reasonably allocate them to various partners.
- Proactively identify, evaluate, screen, and recruit new partners aligned with the company’s development strategy. Conduct comprehensive assessments of potential partners' financial strength, technical capabilities, market competence, customer resources, and credibility. Lead business negotiations and finalize partnership agreements.
- Organize and deliver training for partners on product knowledge, sales techniques, technical solutions, and market competition strategies to enhance their sales and service capabilities. Provide planning and support for marketing activities (e.g., seminars, exhibitions, online/offline promotions), along with relevant materials and resources.
- Monitor and analyze partners’ sales performance, inventory status, and market feedback to promptly identify and resolve issues. Supervise and manage market order to prevent cross-regional sales (grey market) , maintaining a healthy market environment.
Salary Package: Total annual compensation: RMB 400,000 to RMB 600,000
Insurance: Shenzhen's Tier 1 Social Insurance (comprehensive medical & pension coverage)
Working Location: Building 6A, Shenzhen International Innovation Valley, Nanshan District, Shenzhen, China
Job Requirements
- CET-6 or above; proficiency in French/German/Spanish for work and daily life is preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of B2B brand experience; candidates with experience stationed abroad responsible for agent development and operations are preferred. Background in industries such as smart home appliances, garden tools, robotics, home security, or home building materials, or existing channel resources for robotic lawn mowers, is highly advantageous.
- At least 2 years of practical driving experience; an international driver’s license is a plus.
