- Responsibility of handling NH's clients accounts and day-to-day client interactions - Plan and attend relevant events and trade shows - Drive business planning and goal attainment - Accurately forecast monthly, quarterly and annual revenue streams; drive profitable growth - Consistently update forecast and opportunity details with our CRM to ensure accurate weekly forecasts - Collaborate with the Finance department to enable a timely and correct client invoicing

- You have successfully completed your studies in Business Administration, Economic Sciences or comparable studies - You have at least 2-4 years of relevant professional experience in Sales and/or Account Management in the HR or other relevant industries - Experience and success working within a revenue quota and commission structure - Your negotiation and interpersonal skills are outstanding - You have a solid understanding for analytics and you are a source of creativity when it comes to formulating and translating KPI into recommendations - You have a solid understanding of the APAC market, understand its structures and hierarchies as well as its strategies, market influences and movements
