At Helen Junior（Helen Doron English）, we simulate the method of infants learning their mother tongue, providing a relaxed and fun process for children from non-native English speaking countries to learn a second language. We help families build an effective second language environment and provide effective classes for children through music, games, and fun interactions, creating a complete language learning loop of input and output for students. We mainly provide students with outstanding oral skills through different media such as animation and picture books in the early age group, and establish comprehensive language application abilities and skills for students through interdisciplinary learning in the older age group. Teachers working at Helen Junior should provide students with a fun, ongoing, and challenging class environment, and ensure that their teaching methods align with Helen Junior's philosophy and goals. Game based teaching, music based teaching, and interactive teaching props are our main teaching methods. At the same time, teachers should provide students with reasonable and effective after-school exercises and track and provide feedback on their practice. Teachers work five days a week (three working days and weekends), with a normal work shift of 13:00-21:30 on three working days and 9:00-6:30 on weekends.
