Chinese Visa Cost varies greatly depending on your nationality, the number of times you need to enter, the country you are applying for and whether you want to express service. Typically, the cost of a U.S. citizen is $140, while the cost of a citizen of another country is $30 to $90. Usually, you pay when you get a visa, but in some areas, you have to pay when you apply.

In most countries, embassies and consulates charge fees based on the number of visa entries issued. In general, the more arrivals you get, the higher the visa fee. In some countries, such as the United States, the United Kingdom, and Canada, citizens are required to pay a fixed fee regardless of the number of applicants. In addition, express service requires extra money.

Chinese Visa Cost applicable to the Chinese mainland

U.S. passport holders: all types of visas and single / two / multiple entry visas to China cost US $140 (USD);

Canadian passport holder: all types of visa and single/double/multiple entry visa to China: CAD 100;

British passport holders: 85 pounds for all visa types, 170 pounds for more than five years and 255 pounds for more than ten years;

Indian passport holder: single entry: 3900 rupees, two entry: 5850 rupees, multiple entries in six months: 7800 rupees, multiple entries in one year or more: 11700 rupees, group visa: 2400 rupees per person;

Third country Passport Holders: single entry: $30, double-entry: $45, multiple entries in six months: $60, multiple entries in one year or more: $90.

Visa fee for the special visa type

Group visas: $40 per visa for all citizens, and about $110 for U.S. citizens applying for group tourists.

10-year Chinese visa: British: 255 pounds, American: 180 dollars, Argentinean: 2400 Argentine pesos, Israeli: NIS 100.

So far, China's 10-year long-term visa is only applicable to nationals from the United States, Britain, Canada, Argentina, and Israel.

Visa for arrival in China (port visa): 168 yuan for most citizens and 314 yuan for British passport holders.

China's landing visa fee varies according to nationality and is charged by the port entry and exit administration in local RMB. Extra charge for urgent service

Generally, it takes about 4 working days to complete the visa application in the regular service application. If you want to get an emergency Chinese visa quickly, you can pay to speed up visa processing. As a result, the Chinese Embassy and consulate general will charge an additional processing service fee. An additional $25 is required for express application service and $37 for rush application service.

How to pay China visa fee - acceptable payment method

Submitted to China visa application service center: cash, debit card, credit card (must be visa or master card) and company check.

Submit to (visa office) of Chinese embassy or Consulate General: credit card (visa or Mastercard only), draft, cashier's check or company check. Chinese embassies or consulates do not accept cash, personal checks or online payments, credit cards other than visa or master cards.
