(March 2020-Present) Consolidation and Tax Accounting Manager (1.5 years) • Lead the preparation of the Group’s external Annual Financial Statement under IFRS and PRC GAAP • Manage the accounting and internal reporting relation with the parent company • Lead IFRS technical accounting research and preparation of documentation memos • Oversee and guide the global accounting operations • Support group entities with statutory compliance and reporting • Partner with other group functions (Controlling, Treasury, Business operation) as part of reporting activities • Support the development of the BPC improvements and new financial systems implementations • Serve as a key contact for the external audit process • Supporting on a variety of ad hoc projects as required, such as new IFRS standards adoption, acquisition, and disposal accounting • Taking ownership of the Group’s multi-currency consolidation process (including extensive equitytransaction) for both monthly internal management and statutory purposes • Review of monthly Balance sheet reconciliations, including multi-currency intercompany reconciliations • Prepare the taxation reporting packages and footnote disclosures by collecting and analyzing relevant financial information, work jointly with tax department on global transfer pricing practice.

• Review monthly financial performance and provide in-depth analysis to management • Develop and identify improvements for group financial reporting and processes • Prepare the Consolidated Financial Statements of Addax Petroleum in accordance with IFRS • Coordination with external auditors, and act as liaison between Global Finance and local Finance teams • Prepare positions paper for specific accounting issues • Draft group accounting policy and implementation guidance • Report directly to Corporate Head of Financial Accounting, and support the top management through analysis
