Key responsibilities include: Overall development strategy and pipeline build-out for BESS and renewable energy projects in Japan Direct management and scaling of a growing, cross-functional team of 6 across development, engineering, and project management Hands-on oversight of grid interconnection with TSOs/DSOs, including technical studies, schedules, costs, and risks Leadership of land acquisition and contracting (purchase, superficies, leases), permitting, and legal coordination EPC selection, engineering strategy, and construction risk management Leading investment approval and capital deployment processes with U.S. headquarters and fund investors Serving as the primary bridge between Japan and U.S. teams, supporting executive-level reporting and decision-making Focused on establishing a country-level development platform capable of scaling utility-scale BESS and renewable assets in Japan.

Project management of renewable energy plant development in southern Europe such as Spain, Portugal and Italy. Managing 15 staffs. Achieved 120MW(5 locations) completion.

Project management of PV solar plant development. Managing 10 staffs. Achieved 200MW(15 locations) completion.

During this period, assigned as a President of subsidiary named JAG Energy from May/2012 to Jun/2015. Totally involved in project management of renewable energy plants development such as PV solar, Wind and Micro Hydro. Managing 70 staffs. Achieved 300MW(70 locations) completion.
