(2 years 1 month) - Interpret between Vietnamese and Chinese for Vietnamese team members to ensure smooth and accurate communication between the Sales Director and sales staff. - Responsible for Vietnamese-Chinese interpretation during internal meetings, staff training sessions, or customer seminars organized by the company. - Provide Vietnamese-Chinese interpretation support for the Sales Director when sales staff need assistance in closing deals with customers. - Assist Vietnamese sales staff in communicating and negotiating with some Chinese or Taiwanese customers when needed. - Help the Sales Director arrange customer visit schedules appropriately. - Monitor the overall performance of the sales team and report to the Sales Director. - Support the recruitment team in hiring additional sales staff. - Schedule interviews and confirm interview details with candidates. - Assist the head office in handling other daily administrative tasks (e.g., purchasing office supplies, organizing team-building activities, year-end party, etc.). - Responsible for written translation of internal company documents, meeting materials, training content, etc., between Vietnamese and Chinese.
