As a Student Assistant in the Specialty Masters Programs Department of The Paul Merage School of Business, I provide support to the Recruitment and Admissions Team by carrying out various tasks in the office. I primarily support the Masters of Finance (MFin) and the Masters of Professional Accounting (MPAc) programs.- Processing applications through data verification, inputting test scores, translating transcripts, calculating/converting international GPAs and moving applications for review to the admissions committee- Reaching out to applicants regarding status of application and verification of specific material- Answering student walk-ins and e-mails, and directing students to different resources- Assisting in setting up Specialty Masters Programs events, such as Information Sessions, Orientation, and Program Mixers and packing materials for recruitment events- Provide information on the different programs within the Specialty Masters Programs Department- Prepping applicants information for Admissions Committee review
