  I Transcribe audio and video files as a freelancer. I also work as a captioner, providing captioned videos for people who are hard of hearing. I began freelancing as Master’s student to make an income and have continued since, I have now gathered extensive experience dealing with genres such as politics, business, science, and entertainment. This includes rigorous proofreading as the company requires freelancers to maintain a 98% accuracy metric for each job. The transcriptions are used to assist those who are hard of hearing.

  I helped build the company's fully functional e-commerce website and social media platforms from scratch using self-taught skills in web design and digital marketing which increased online sales from less than five to over 50 per month. Developed and implemented a streamlined process for receiving online orders from various online sales channels (website and social media). Developed and implemented other processes for the company such as hiring and external collaborations. I used a combination of Adobe Premiere Pro Photoshop, Place It, and Da Vinci Resolve to create Content for ads and marketing campaigns on Facebook, YouTube and Instagram. On the administrative side, I used SageOne Accounting to add customer and supplier details, add items and manage inventory, update cost of items, matching purchase orders to supplier invoices, converting purchase orders to SIVs, creating reports, and ensuring all purchased stock has been invoiced.
