-Work closely with sales and project management teams to engage with potential and existing clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored AV and video conferencing solutions. -Design customized AV systems, including hardware (e.g., displays, cameras, microphones, speakers) and software (e.g., Zoom, Cisco WebEx, Microsoft Teams), for meeting rooms, boardrooms, and collaboration spaces. -Conduct site surveys and assess client environments to ensure the proposed system architecture meets technical and spatial requirements. -Provide technical support and expertise during the pre-sales process, including product demonstrations, technical presentations, and proof-of-concept setups. -Develop and deliver detailed technical proposals, system designs, and specifications in response to RFPs and client inquiries. -Lead the integration of AV systems, ensuring smooth installation and functionality across various platforms. -Respond to client technical questions and objections, providing clear and actionable solutions. -Provide post-sales support, ensuring a seamless transition from pre-sales to project delivery teams and helping resolve any technical issues during installation and deployment.
