Vendor management to ensure the relationship with vendors is strong and to build rapport which will assist sourcing smoothness in terms of non standard solution and timeliness in response. RFP submissions normally have tight datelines. Ensure MSA agreements with customers and partners are in place and all SLAs that we are offering for our customer proposal is having back to back support from partners to mitigate risk in operation and commercial impact. Working closely with commercial team in order to help bench-marking the current market price as we are having market intelligence due to the nature of customer facing day to daytask. Training Solutions team members to be able to deliver technical proposal in requirements/RFP submission. Responsible for cost reduction initiative to meet customer renewal demand and price erosion in the market. To develop a competitive and attractive price book for current global partner local loops.

Lead role in the planning, design and implementation of the strategic global network initiatives for GTC in compliance with the direction of the company. Develop and maintain a comprehensive, robust, scalable and secure Network Plan that incorporates the Transmission and IP Network, as well as the necessary supporting IT Application and Security Systems. Define SLAs / OLAs for all GTC services to Management and ensure that these commitments are achieved. Responsible for Product Revenue and profitability, cost reduction initiative for IP Transit product. Designing a robust core network for growth of IP Transit and reviewing the network policies to deliver customer requirement. Training technical team members to be able to deliver customer requirements. Driving sales to sell the IP Product, inclusive of (IPT, MPLS, L2VPN, L3VPN). Developing new customer segment, product and also to enhance the current product of the company. Responsible for cost reduction initiative for the IP Transit product. To develop a competitive and attractive price book for current IP Transit product.

Facilitate in Installation & Implementation network solutions. Delivery of Network consultations & Solutions to customers. Project Management / Network Maintenance & Support. Proof of Concept of solutions to customers. Managing a team of 19 Engineers in project and support operations. Planning the KPI, and certifications of Engineers.
