(2 years 4 months) In charge for Taiwan Market to manage and optimize existing AdWords (PPC) campaign components including, but not limited to Ad Copy, Bid Prices, Cost per Conversion, Cost per Click, Keyword Research, etc. To help create and implementation of PPC strategies including keyword research and analysis. Assist clients to do checking on campaigns and account settings to reach their goals and drive better performance in terms of clicks, brand awareness and conversions. Provide clients with valuable recommendations to help improve their running campaigns and advise clients to create other types of campaigns in Google Ads account.

(6 months contract) My daily responsibility is to make sure all the claims being processed and prepare payment file on time. I process claims for two countries included NTT Malaysia and NTT Thailand employees for first three months and next 3 months process claims for whole NTT Hong Kong and NTT Taiwan employees, reclassification and payment file, working closely together with regional finance team, Human Resources Management and others department in different countries. Work closely with IT team on system issues.

(2 years 1 month) Providing outsource services for clients including claims, leave, new hire and resigned employees. My others responsibility was to communicate with employee and clients regarding inquiries or other ad hoc instructions via phone calls and emails. Besides, generate reports for clients on a monthly and yearly basis. My job is to delivered good services for clients, maintain good relationship with them and make sure they are satisfied with our services.
