  Iv planning staff events, programs for staff and kids , fitness classes, activities plans , also training staff and academy students,Ialso was tasked to write evaluation for each staff member under my supervision that ranges from 4 to 15 people . I also did equipment and stock take of equipment and maintenance of equipment I was also tasked with the calling and interviewing of people interested in working at sugar bay and was also involved with the dismissals In 2021 I talk over the training course for the academy at sugarbay , where I planned and rain classes for youth between 16 and 20 for 6 months ▪
