• Create detailed tech packs with materials and specs for sampling. Follow up with factories daily to monitor product development to ensure buyer deadlines are met • Present sketches and proto samples to the buyer seasonally for review and approval • Develop concise system for tracking and maintaining development updates across multiple product lines and brands, reducing error and double-work, leading to improved time management • Conduct marketplace research for current trends, visiting stores regularly to determine white space • Maintain seasonal binders for color standards, trims, etc.

• Design best-selling intimate apparel styles for brands Adore Me and Monique Morin Lingerie in Adobe Illustrator• Create comprehensive tech packs for prototype development• Prepare mood boards, trend analysis boards, and other presentation materials• Attend fittings and communicate design comments to cross-functional teams• Research market and assist Creative Director with seasonal trends• Photograph lingerie and retouch images for use on brand site and social media

• Assist and take direction from Designer and Senior Designer for preliminary design research, pull fabrics, prepare mock-ups and color-ups• Create and update seasonal development boards as required• Sketch, develop and re-engineer prints in Photoshop• Develop artwork and placement layout for embroidered and beaded garments• Assist with the development of tech packs, including detailed sketching and specs• Create and maintain designs in WFX PLM system• Maintain design office and keep organized at all times

• Work closely with designers and architects to ensure product and quality standards are met • Assist with design decisions in sales meetings • Oversee product procurement and sample/order fulfillment • Assure delivery and ship windows are met• Communicate daily with vendors and sales team • Input purchase/sales orders and manage updates using Oracle JDE software
