  Network Monitoring, Maintenance & Troubleshooting of Leased Line Circuits. • Providing 1st and 2nd level troubleshooting various customer service- related faults like Link down, Packet loss, Latency, slow browsing, and throughput issues. •Responsible for troubleshooting and rectification of customer end problem by telnet and SSH on CISCO and Alcatel router. •Co-ordinating with last mile provider (wired / wireless) TTSL, Airtel, Vodafone for last mile media observation and assigning of field engineer at local site or POP location as per requirement. •Responsible for checking different logs, Alarms & troubleshooting on Cisco Routers & Switch, Tejas MUX. •Working on the tools like Service now, VM ware, ARCON PAM, CBoss etc. •Co-ordinating with field engineer and support end to end troubleshooting. •Giving estimated time of restoration to customers according to the fault found and ensuring resolution in that time span. •Handling customer escalations and Escalating cases to last mile teams as per escalation matrix for achieving quicker resolution. •Ensuring maximum up time of TCL network infrastructure and service delivery as per SLA (Service level Agreement). •Co-ordination with customers to understand the problems on the circuit and resolving the fault within the TAT defined and tracking of ticket till closure. •Closing cases with proper root cause analysis.
