• Designed patented compact gas heat exchange system for gas countertop conveyor oven. • Managed new product development projects, including a high heat transfer conveyor oven (gas andelectric). Executed all development related tasks including concept development, specification, CAD design, computational fluid dynamics (CFD) analysis, prototype construction and testing, agency testing, and pilot run implementation. • Responsible for overseeing new concept oven work. Created new concept heat / air flow system that has been carried through the product line in various sizes. Specified and oversaw new control platform implementation for the conveyor ovens that included improved diagnostics and enhanced system control features. • Specified and assembled test apparatus to facilitate CE gas testing. • Designed and assembled leak test benches for CE gas manifold soundness testing.
