Role Summary: Develop, manage, and enhance the company's HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) objectives, strategies, and performance to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and in compliance with regulations and standards. Duties & Responsibilities: Ensure adherence to HSE policies, procedures, and controls. Establish and oversee emergency response plans for all company activities. Collaborate with Human Resources to support employee training and skill development. Monitor and report on the implementation and performance of HSE management plans. Implements, enforces, coordinates and assists in the development of operational safety policies/ procedures, HSE Hazard/ Risk management program, operational emergency plans and procedures and work instructions in compliance and in alignment with corporate policies, objectives and management standards. Ensure Seismic activities follow safety protocol (Integrates and interprets subsurface data from wells and other sources using seismic data to identify and assess Geothermal. Periodically audit the PTW at work site together with HSSE and Construction/ Commissioning teams to ensure compliance Accomplishments & Contributions: Reviewed and edited HES Plan for Drilling / Workover & Construction Projects. Involve in the engagement of the workforce in daily planning, supervision, and execution of safe work. Reviewed CHESM / Bridging Document (contractors) & sites visit all Geothermal plants and drilling sites Conducts inspections and compliance audit against applicable performance standards for both client and contractor equipment and service. Provide training to the crew and reporting of training completed and administrative requirements for training process, training assessment Implement HES in the line through guidance, technical support and HES leadership. Provided regular reports during daily morning meeting and recommendations to the senior management team on progress of action plans to achieve agreed goals and targets. Response at natural calamities, Oil/Chemical Spill, Fire/Explosion the duties & responsibilities, developed & ensured the competency of the site teams in the identification and control of hazards & risk on location by actively engaging, influencing & persuading all operational and support functions to implement an integrated, realistic approach to HSE.

Conduct site audit in all areas of responsibility. Perform site safety audits & behavior observations of employee & contractor work activities & provide feedback. Comply with relevant HSE policies, procedures & controls and applicable legislation and sustainability guidelines in line with international standards, best practices and CLIENT Code of Practices Reports Closely monitored all tunneling activities, hot work inside the tunnel, ensure all emergency rescue equipment available & ready in the event of soil collapse. Take action to resolve gaps between & assessments, provide leadership & maintain relationships with Health & Safety Committees. Safely monitored and implemented safety requirements the construction of 5km pipelines LNG terminal Ensure all lifting equipment fully inspected regularly (spreader, lifting sling, quay crane/gantry monthlyinspection checklist, lifting crew valid certificate/training). Strictly supervise to ensure safe offloading of 35 & 12 dia.inch steel pipes and other materials by quay cranes trolley where the spreader is lowered put on the ground from transport vehicles. Ensure that all permit signatories pass the required Client competency assessment to use the PTW system/ safe system of work. Maintain the approved Permit Applicant/ Permit Holder log
