I hold a Bachelor’s degree in English from Hanoi University of Foreign Languages. Throughout my career, I have collaborated with international companies and successfully run my own business designing and manufacturing stuffed toys. I possess extensive knowledge in product design, production management, sourcing materials, and optimizing manufacturing processes, particularly in the Vietnamese market.
