  • Responsible for execution of a maintenance plan of 1095 critical assets for the core business. • Commissioned Protection Systems of SE Marechal Rondon 440/138kV in 2016 (2 transmission lines, 2 transformers 300MVA, 2 busbars) and in 2019, the expansion of SE Porto Primavera 230/440kV (1 transformer 300MVA, 2 busbars and 440kV sector) improving reliability of Brazilian electrical system. • Acted as Project Manager in successfully implementing a R$ 1.35 million budget project, to migrate the regional Operation Center to a new centralized one in Rio de Janeiro, managing a multifunctional, cross-cultural team, promoting optimization and improvement of company’s electrical system operation. • Managed R$ 2 million in spare part assets for electrical system protection. • Managed telecommunication system suppliers' contracts, that requires 99,98% availability, to support critical electrical system services. (OPEX budget of R$700.000,00). • Designed and implemented a laboratory to conduct a technical evaluation, simulation, analysis of emergency occurrences and team technical training. • Managed personal and technical team’s “KPI” company’s HR program, achieving consistent outstanding evaluation marks during the last 5 years, by delivering the results of critical goals established by the board, aligned with State Grid’s long-term strategy. • Acted as the company’s certified auditor of State Grid’s Behavioral Safety Program, which intends to avoid labor accidents by analyzing and correcting preventively unsafe acts during maintenance activities. • In 2018 was elected in an internal State Grid’s pool as a referenced employee on “Communication” skills, defined by the company as the ability to share ideas and information, provide feedback and respect different points of view, being important tools for team engagement towards company strategy. • In 2019, I was awarded by HR for merit in recognition of the notable performance of goals achieved.   • Managed a team of 28 operators responsible for local operation of 15 Extra High Voltage (EHV) electrical substations displaced throughout the west center of Brazil. • Designed and implemented an educational system for technical knowledge management through Moodle (“Modular Object-Oriented Dynamic Learning Environment”), an open-source system for e-learning programs, that helped the team to evolve on critical technical knowledge necessary to operation and maintenance issues. • Implemented a system to control the real-time displacement of the technical team and to manage guard-scheme that provided Operation Center and overall vision of support team displacement, that optimized and accelerated the response to emergency situations in the electrical system. • Prepared substations and conducted the team for the Brazilian Electrical System Regulatory Agency’s (ANEEL) auditing process in 2008, 2010 and 2018, successfully attending regulatory requirements. • Partook the committee that successfully led the process for selling the previous Spanish owned company to the Chinese group State Grid Brazil Holding S.A (巴西国家电网控股公司) in 2013. A transaction that involved more than R$ 1 billion for the acquisition of 3 Power Energy Concessionaries, totalizing 14 electrical substations. • Integrated the technical team which approved the fabric technical acceptance tests of Static Var Compensator (200MVAr range capacity) in Alstom Grids unit (Finland - 2012) and successfully performed technical commissioning tests, putting equipment into operation in 2013, improving local voltage control of the electrical system.   • Managed the Electrical Operation Center, that operated 1.400 km of transmission lines, 14 electrical substations considering extra high voltage 138kV, 230kV and 440kV, providing energy to around 2.6 million people in west center of Brazil. • Conducted multiple crisis management cabinet during emergency situations in an electrical system to optimize the reestablishment of power supply. • Implemented a psychosocial behavioral program for Operators in the Electrical Operation Center, with psychology students of the Institute of the Catholic University of Don Bosco, to strengthen the decision-making process of those 15 operators to deal with emergency situations and accelerate the recovery of the electric system. • Implemented a simulator to assist operators to practice recovery actions performed to reestablish system after disturbances. This project was selected to be presented in a Brazil’s major conference for the electrical system (XII EDAO 2010 Brasilia / DF), an event promoted by Cigré and National Electrical System Operator (ONS). • Implemented a technical certification program for electrical system operators, that in 2 years reduced from 30% to 2% the average fines previous applied (2006 to 2010) to our concessionaries by Brazilian regulatory agency (ANEEL), due to operative errors in the Operation Center that resulted in unavailability of the electrical system. This certification program improved the company’s effectiveness on electrical system recovery after outages or failures. This project was selected to be presented in a Brazil’s major conference for the electrical system (XIV EDAO 2016 - São Paulo/SP), an event promoted by Cigré and National Electrical System Operator (ONS).
