  Almarai, I am responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and optimizing high-speed production lines in the Automation Department. My role includes programming, configuring, and monitoring PLC systems (Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Mitsubishi) to ensure seamless control of conveyors, pasteurizers, and other production equipment. I handle industrial drives (SEW, Lenze) by setting parameters, performing backups, updating firmware, and resolving faults to maintain uninterrupted production. I monitor and analyze system performance using SCADA/HMI, quickly detecting alarms, diagnosing issues, and implementing corrective actions to minimize downtime. I also calibrate and maintain field instrumentation, including sensors, transmitters, and control valves, ensuring accurate process measurements and control. Additionally, I troubleshoot and resolve Profinet and Profibus communication issues, support preventive and breakdown maintenance, and assist in implementing process improvements. I have been actively involved in system upgrades, including UFP to DFP migration, where I supported hardware replacement, PLC program modification, I/O mapping verification, loop testing, and commissioning to ensure smooth transition. I also performed obsolete HMI program migration, including screen redevelopment, tag integration, alarm configuration, and communication setup between PLC and HMI, ensuring improved system reliability and operator interface. Through this role, I have developed strong analytical, troubleshooting, and safety-focused skills while ensuring continuous, high-efficiency operations in a critical dairy production environment.
