SIEMENS VIETNAM: Design 03 eRTG Crane 1. Design the structure of drive system based on Sinamics S120 - Siemens 2. Calculate the sizing of AC motor, AC converter and Inverter for Hoist, Trolley and Gantry 3. Evaluate and handle the total harmonic distortion (THD%) factor and the power factor (PF) to comply with permissible standards (THD and PF isrespectively complied with IEC1000-4-7 and No.15/2014/TT-BCT) 4. Calculate Preliminary overall power consumption, Power Line Timing and Regenerative Energy for system 5. Configure Sinamics S120 for Speed control with encoder, Master-Slave mode, Brake control, communicate with PLC. 6. Programming the Drive Control Chart (DCC) in Starter using Simocrane technology to enhance the safety operation and increased productivity. 7. Handle every movement of the gantry and trolley that causes the load to sway 8. Software and hardware FAT/SAT 9. On-site start-up and commissioning of electrical equipment.
