I was involved in the project from concept until industrialization that means, Quotation, Prototypes, Design for Manufacturing, supplier sourcing. Responsibilities, achievements: -Complex 3D design and 2D drawings for casted parts (plastic and aluminium) in Catia V5, according to ISO standards for different customers -Create of BOM (Bill of Materials) - Working directly with suppliers; -Tolerance calculations, improvement proposals; - Creation and full release of drawings for Customers and Suppliers in accordance with company quality standards and international standards; - Development and participation at DFMEA; -Test planning and evaluation of the samples; -Optical measurements for buttons using LMK camera;

I was involved in the project from concept until industrialization that means, Quotation, Prototypes, Design for Manufacturing, supplier sourcing. Responsibilities, achievements: -Complex 3D design and 2D drawings for casted parts (plastic and aluminium) in Catia V5 and PDMLink Windchill, according to ISO standards for different customers; - Working directly with suppliers; - Creation and full release of drawings for Customers and Suppliers in accordance with company quality standards and international standards; - Development and participation at DFMEA; -Test planning and evaluation of the samples; -Requirements analysis. Design and conception of mechanical components . The design process is done using CAD system Pro Engineer and Catia V5.
