(2 years 5 months) Since June 2020, the beginning of the COVID pandemic, I started working on a side project selling kayaks, canoes, SUP boards and accessories (guma-kayaks.nl). In the first year I had a turnover of approximately 300k. I started selling from 3 locations, with a dealer joining our brand in Limburg. I did the website, marketing, finance, inventory & logistics management, supplier management, accounting, and store operations. All of this work was fun and financially rewarding, but I felt it was time to move on. Therefore I sold my business to another motivated entrepreneur.

Bareau is a R&D company that reached the stage that its technology is really ready to hit the market! I worked alongsides Bareau's CEO Kirsten Zagt, to guide Bareau through an approx. 50 million Euro investment round with the BOM Braband. I developed models to enable us more thorough financial analysis, and understand the risks and rewards to all stakeholders. I wrote the a publication and met many prominent figures in the energy space. Unfortunately the funding didn't came through due to (internal) politics.

(1 year 1 month) Superface Club hosts events with international top DJ's like Like Mike and Dimitri Vegas, Martin Garrix, Armin van Buuren, etc. The team that I coordinated was responsible for ensuring the best experiences for our high net worth clients.

2018 - January 2020 (2 years) Co-founder and trainer of a boxing club that went from 0 (zero) to 150 members. Together with one partner I was responsible for anything ranging from the teaching, the venue, the equipment, the marketing, the hosting of various events (e.g.: organizing lectures and parties, attending andparticipating in fight-nights), and establishing good relationships with partner organizations.

(less than a year) I was a supporting member of Team Omega, with whom we engineered a new sustainable financial vehicle. We reached the finals and thereupon were invited to the Morgan Stanley Asia headquarters in Hong Kong to present our ideas. I was responsible for intel on the energy industry and quantify the project's social and environmental impact.

(less than a year) Working around the clock with experts from Delta Lloyd and KPMG on solutions for United Nation Sustainable Development Goal 13 (Climate Action). It was a great privilege to be part of this extremely competitive program.
