    • Lead the implementation of Power BI within the local C&B team by designing multiple tracking dashboards for compensation KPIs (Bonus, Base pay, Human capital), providing key overviews to the CEO and the CFO during performance and compensation calibration period. • Supervise the integration of a Power BI compensation tracking tool in the annual compensation cycle process and actively collaborate with HRBPs of each BU to adjust the tool, significantly improving productivity by 45%. • Implemented the Global Benefits Gap Analysis aimed to identify insurance gaps between 60+ countries.
