  Played a role in advanced digitization of plant (PHASE-2 CEAT LTD, halol) in execution. Active member of CEAT - Projects team on the green field project in coordination with the project of MIS for the entire plant from RMS to FGS. MIS-Manufacturing Information System or Plant MIS. MIS involves tyre genealogy tracking using barcode technology and online reporting. The objective was to keep track of assets, production count, downtime analysis, parameter analysis etc. It has enabled the company to minimise labor-intensive tasks by omitting manual recording and thereby increase accuracy of data. Making the report available in every desktop, helped save time and no duplication of data. The better accuracy of data helped the team to come to efficient planning in production and manage drawbacks in the necessary areas. Also trained under engineers in THS (Tyre Handling System)- robot installations (EHS system, stacker cranes for green tire storage and gantryrobots for pick and place tyres or sorting) and coordinated in structuring the project. Involved in MCR(Motor Cycle Radial) project commissioning.
