- Planning, delivering and assessing football sessions throughout Xiamen. - Overseeing 2 other full time and 5 part time coaches to ensure the quality of the academy’s sessions remained high, our curriculum, ethos and methods were being followed within their own coaching style through regular technical meetings, observation and feedback and some in-service training. - Organised the 2021 Xiamen Youth Cup with 30 teams attending from around China, everything from team registrations to organisation of staff, venue appearance, club communication, hotel arrangements etc. - Constantly finding new ways to keep our most elite players engaged with our program and making sure they were consistently being challenged during sessions, matches and occasionally with home tasks whilst also finding ways to increasing participation across all levels and age groups. - In charge of creating a balanced, challenging, varied, fun and engaging curriculum whilst monitoring and developing this throughout the season for all ages, levels and needs. - Assisting Executive Director with coach recruitment, assessing candidates, holding interviews etc.

- Planning, delivering and assessing football sessions throughout Beijing. - Coaching our 2010-2012 league teams, leading training twice per week with matches on the weekend with an ethos of development over results and creating an environment for players to play with confidence, creativity and freedom. - Evaluating individual player development and adapting their objectives and targets throughout the season in line with the FA 4-Corner model. - Assisting with creating our football curriculum twice per season. - Communicating, building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders. - Overseeing operations within and relevant to my region including: player recruitment, monitoring coaches performance, parent liaison and more. - Working with office staff to look at ways to expand and grow the company.
