A dedicated and licensed professional teacher with a Bachelor of Elementary Education, Major in General Education, and a successful passer of the Licensure Examination for Professional Teachers. Currently serving as an Administrative Officer II (AO II) under the Tara, Basa! Tutoring Program of the Department of Social Welfare and Development, with experience spanning grassroots fieldwork and administrative operations. As a Resource Person in the program, I helped capacitate college students to serve as tutors for incoming Grade 2 learners by providing essential learning topics, guidance, and instructional support. I also acted as a backup tutor whenever assigned college tutors were unavailable, which allowed me to further develop my teaching and facilitation skills. During my internship, I handled Grade 4 students, where I gained hands-on experience in classroom management, lesson delivery, and effective learner interaction—skills that reinforced the importance of meaningful engagement in teaching.
