-Executed the print and online order fulfillment processes of Lexis Nexis Asia (Mainland China) by processing back orders, purchase orders, invoices, and credit notes within the 24-hour TAT and with zero error rate. -Examined each received order if it complied with the company’s rules and regulations and federal laws. -Communicated with different teams (Order Fulfillment, Sales, Customer Service, Imports, Warehouse/Forwarder, and Finance) based in different cities (Beijing, Shanghai, Hong Kong, Kuala Lumpur, Singapore, etc.) to ensure every order request was accurate, processed, and delivered to the customer smoothly. -Organized, executed, and monitored the biannual China pre-stock shipment order which contained hundreds of titles and cost around 1 million USD.
