  I had the privilege to work alongside Mr. Ilin Dimitrov (Secretary for Culture, Education and Tourism), Mr. Plamen Slavov (Cultural Advisor to the President), and Mr. Georgi Govedarov (Expert in Education, Culture and Innovation). My role involved conducting in-depth research and analysis on leading institutions and public figures in the fields of education, culture, and science. I was responsible for drafting high-level official texts — including congratulatory addresses, plaques, certificates, and commemorative messages — tailored to reflect the unique identity, mission, and impact of each recipient. These communications were addressed to distinguished universities, schools, museums, cultural leaders, and historic community centers. For example, when writing about a school for children with hearing impairments, I emphasized the importance of inclusion and the continuity of educational traditions for people with special needs. I was also a guest or assisted in the preparation and execution of major official events such as ambassador accreditation ceremonies, the awarding of state honors and decorations, public receptions, and meetings between the President and civil society representatives. For example on the national holiday of St. George’s Day, during an Open Doors event at the Presidency, I had the responsibility to be a guide and welcome citizens into the institution, conducted tours of the Presidential building, presenting its history, functions, and the role of the President in the democratic governance of Bulgaria. This opportunity allowed me to communicate effectively with diverse audiences and deepened my understanding of institutional representation and civic engagement. This experience gave me first-hand exposure to institutional communication at the highest level, and taught me how public recognition, diplomacy, and protocol can be powerful tools for promoting cultural identity, education, and national values.   MINISTRY OF FOREIGN AFFAIRS OF THE REPUBLIC OF BULGARIA

  I completed a one-month internship at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Bulgaria in the Directorate for Foreign Policy Planning, Information and Coordination. I worked mainly with Senior Expert Stoyan Slavchev, and my tasks were primarily related to telegrams from Bulgarian embassies, focusing on the region of Eastern Europe and Central Asia. On a daily basis, I received telegrams, and one of my responsibilities was to systematize the information and highlight the most important events of the past week, so that a document could later be prepared and presented to other state authorities. I also had the opportunity to draft telegrams (an interactive task where I was asked toimagine myself as an ambassador in a particular country), as well as position papers, which were reviewed by the Chief Expert, among other assignments. I gained valuable skills in filtering out most important information and understanding what is most relevant for Bulgaria’s foreign policy, given the significant volume and variety of information received on a daily basis.
