- Responsible for increasing active stores, market share, sales growth by implementing supporting activities / tools.- Provide direction to field force (supervisor, merchandiser, experience consultant) and salesman and ensure the direction well executed align with company’s strategy.- Setting sell out target of stores in area of responsibility and tracking field force productivity.- Analyse market condition and competitors activity to create proper sales strategy. - Create and maintain positive business relationship with partners to ensure future sales.- Manage frontliner and store owner product training.- Propose potential store to be upgraded as brandshop.-Review brandshop investment, posm placement, product arrangement due to RIS-Provide report of daily visit ( sell thru, sell out, competitors activity ) to Area Sales Manager as daily basis.
