• Daily communication with global enterprise clients via calls, meetings & emails, problem-solving and relationship building. Customer regions in APAC/EU. • Provide product training, support, and solutions to talent acquisitors, recruiters, HR leaders, and organize MBR & QBRs with the POCs for upselling opps; monitor and ensure the overall account health and adoption. • Produce customer data and reports to share with account POCs on a regular basis based on success metrics. • Produce, edit, update and publish content in the customer resource library (the Help Center), including articles and videos; Host weekly team meetings and oversee the content creation progress. • Cross-functional liaison between internal international teams (account, engineering, product) & clients. • Good knowledge in usages of Salesforce, Jira, Slack, Trello, Intercom etc.
