(3 years 11 months) - Responsible to evaluate customers’ inquiries and specifications and to raise competitive technical solutions, together with engineering and purchasing team; - Prepare and supply complete technical proposals of low and high voltage motors; - Coordinate and create strategies for the best handling of global projects; - Be in direct contact with OEMs, EPCs and End Users for technical and commercial negotiations; - Support customers of the following segments: “Oil and Gas” and “Fan and Exhaust/Ventilation Business”.

(5 years 7 months) - Responsible for the design and specification of three-phase induction machines for special applications, according to many product standards, such as NEMA, IEC, IEEE and API. Made thousands of electrical designs for motors and generators according to customers’ requests; - Supported the quotation and the orders team in hundreds of projects and participated in technical meetings and discussions with key customers of all over the world; - Provided technical training to sales teams of the branches in Europe and America.

(1 year 9 months) - Teacher responsible of the following subjects: Basic Electricity, Electrical Maintenance and Technical Drawing; - Gave technical classes to over than 60 future technicians.

- Responsible to interpret costumers’ specification, raise technical solutions and submit technical offers of three-phase induction machines, for a widely range of applications, to all branches around the world; - Created and implemented a technical guidance to replace old DC motors for new and more efficient AC ones, in order to save energy and reduce maintenance costs; - Created and implemented a technical guidance for the correct specification of a pony motor.

- Research on electric machines dynamics; - Studied the implementation of a new equivalent circuit, to analyze the dynamic performance of an induction machine considering the effect of iron losses. This equivalent circuit could be used to a better control of induction machines in many applications.

(1 year 1 month) - Research on control of power systems; - Participated in the development of a new approach, based on Nyquist method, to evaluate the stability of power systems.

- Worked as intern, learning about the activities developed in each section of the department, the operational processes to build an electric machine, the different components produced in each area and the different machines produced, as well as their application; - Suggested developments in the area of Manufacturing of Coils, that reduced lead time and improved ergonomics of the process.
