  I currently over see 6 direct reports and also look after our flex company agents. The flex agents can be anywhere from 10-20 depending on our volume. I am very involved in weekly and monthly one to ones with my agents that involve goal setting, going over their previous KPI's and if their goals were met. If they were not, I develop a plan on how to get said agent to where they need to be. This can range from more one on one time, extra training, more product knowledge training etc. I have come to know my agents both on a professional and personal level. I believe this where a foundation is built with any relationship. This enables me to challenge them and then celebrate when they do meet or exceed their goals.
