Instrumental in securing the some of the largest deals in the history of Europe. Successfully negotiated several of the most significant contracts at Northvolt, totaling billions of USD.

In late 2018, as colleagues faced fatigue and stress, I took on responsiblity for the procurement of Northvolt’s whole supply chain. Establishing sourcing strategies and building relationships with key suppliers. I learned tremendously much, guided by Northvolt’s two founders who had worked as VP Supply Chain at Tesla. In 2020, I took on the responsibility for enhancing the scalability of Northvolt's global supply chain, which included relocating suppliers to the EU. I then became part of the management team and lead a small team of 2 employees, which played a pivotal role in relocating the production to the Europe. In the near future Northvolt will buy 97% of material and components from suppliers in Europe, thanks to the efforts of my team. In 2021, due to success in other areas, my team also assumed responsibility for managing internal industrialization projects and leading our initiatives for a supply joint ventures within certain strategic materials and components.
