  1. Founded and grew a 3-person import/export and wholesale health, vitamin and dairy trading business into a multi-brand operation with an own e-commerce brand and a 3PL warehouse; sold the business in 2025 1. Held direct accounts with brands including Swisse; sold into China, Hong Kong and Vietnam via an own JD.com flagship store, supply to third-party e-commerce sellers, and other wholesale channels 1. Managed inventory and warehouse operations in Unleashed and accounting in Xero; coordinated suppliers, customers and freight across email, WhatsApp, WeChat and other channels 1. Pivoted the business within weeks of COVID-19 onset into PPE (masks, ventilators) procurement and sales, delivering more than AUD 20 million revenue that year 1. Launched and ran an own-brand product line, Frenchie (getfrenchie.com, on Shopify) from 2021, managing manufacturing with suppliers in Malaysia, China and Australia and multi-country logistics; sold the brand in late 2024 1. Set up and operated a 1,500sqm 3PL warehouse in Thebarton, Adelaide from 2022, providing e-commerce fulfilment for other sellers; evaluated several WMS/ERP platforms before standardising on Extensive 1.
