Contract Amount – 220 million AED * YASMINA BROOK SCHOOL PROJECT - ABU DHABI Client - Al Dar Projects LLC Contract Amount - 290 million AED Duties and Responsibilities • Taking off and preparation of measurement sheets for the work done • Evaluate and prepare the subcontractor’s Interim payment certificates as per contract for different subcontract invoices • Assist to the Senior Quantity Surveyor to preparing Interim Payment Application • Preparation of rate breakdowns & cost estimations. • Material reconciliation and report preparation. • Evaluate and prepare the Subcontract Payment Application as per contract for different subcontract invoices • Identification of Variations and Claims, Preparation, Estimations and Valuation of Variation Claims and discuss with the Consultants and take the approval • Taking off and preparation of measurement sheets for the work done and discuss with the consultant and take the approval

(4 years 2 months) • Preparing Bill of Quantities for all trades • Preparing Measurements for Architectural, Structural and MEP items. • Preparing Tender Documents • Preparing / checking variation orders • Verification of quantities prepared by others. • Taking off measurements and quantities. • preparing bills of quantities (BOQ), tender documents, and contract documents (main contracts). • Preparation of cost plans according to the NRM -1, based on the RIBA plan of work. • Preparation of preliminary tender estimates. Sending and following up tender invitations and assuring timely completion of tender documents. • Recording queries, and ensure issuance of addenda without delay. • Tender evaluation and preparation of tender evaluation reports (main contracts, nominated subcontracts). • Organizing pre bid meetings, pretender site visits and bid openings. Coordination with the design team and senior management. • Maintaining privacy and confidentiality of all information for existing and prospective projects, clients, to protect personal and business interests. • Evaluate Interim Payment Applications (IPA) against the work done as per the Contract & preparation of payment certificates. • Evaluation of construction Variations & Claims.. • Preparation of rate breakdowns & cost estimations. • Material reconciliation and report preparation. • Procurement and administration of sub-contracts.
