Early Childhood Education. My name is Barry, and I am a passionate, caring, and enthusiastic early childhood educator with over 9 years of teaching experience in China. During this time, I’ve worked at only two Montessori-based kindergartens, where I taught children aged 3 to 6 years old in immersive English environments. In my most recent role, I served as the English Manager, where I led a team of English teachers, developed engaging teaching materials, supported lesson planning, and organized school-wide events such as the Autumn Festival, International Day, and Easter activities. I am deeply committed to making learning fun, meaningful, and developmentally appropriate for every child. I am a lifelong learner who values teamwork, adaptability, and continuous growth.
