  Collaborating closely with the client's design and management teams, I am actively pursuing comprehensive construction management and supervision for the facade & envelope activities involving various facade contractors within Program 7 and Program 5 on Shura Island, situated along the western coast of Saudi Arabia, for the Red Sea Global (RSG) client. Program 7 is located on the Central West side of Shura and comprises three plots, hosting a total of three hotels with approximately 790 keys (plot area of 378,000 m2). The hotels are designated as HC1, HC2, and HC3, each occupying specific plot areas and built-up areas. HC1 has 430 keys, HC2 has 210 keys, and HC3 has 150 keys. Program 5, known as RD&E/Marsa Village includes a Retail, Dining, and Entertainment Zone near Hotel Central HC1. The RD&E area spans 35,338 m2 and accommodates various facilities such as Marsa Athletic, Beach Club & Activity Centre, Marsa Dive Centre, Marina & Marina Services, Residential (Condo Units), Underground Parking, and Service Tunnel. The project incorporates various facade systems and materials, including aluminum and glazed elements, precast cladding, EIFS system, GRC cladding, wooden screens, timber cladding, metal canopies, and more.
