10 Year Chinese Visa

Now, Chinese government officials say, it's easier for top overseas talents to spend some time in China to get to know China without applying for a work permit. This is good news for some foreigners. Once they decide to stay, they will enter the fast visa application process. Qualified and qualified foreign personnel will be granted a 10 year Chinese visa, 180 days for each entry. Their spouses and children will also be granted the same period of validity for multiple entries. What qualifications should I meet?

If any of the following six conditions are met, the following more specific requirements belong to category a applicants:

1. A regional plan for the introduction of foreign talents employed in China;

2. Comply with internationally recognized standards in its field:

A.Award for outstanding performance in their respective fields

B.Leading position in a well-known academic institution or international organization.

C.In senior national science and technology magazine as editor in chief or other senior positions.

D.In a world-renowned academic institutions as senior managers, professors or assistant professors.

E.Senior management position or technical position in Fortune 500 company.

F.Work in a senior management position at one of the world's leading banks or financial institutions.

G.Winners of outstanding art awards, such as the Pulitzer Prize

H.Has held senior positions in government, non-governmental organizations or well-known international organizations.

3. The applicant is applying for the position in China if it meets one of the above conditions or the conditions to be used in the following fields:

A.A senior management or technical position in a large industry.

B.A research or engineering center in China.

C.The company holds senior positions in foreign enterprises in medium-sized industries in one of the industries listed in the catalogue of guiding industries for foreign investment, the catalogue of encouraged industries in China or the catalogue of advantageous foreign investment in the western and central regions.

D.Chairman of the board of directors, legal representative or chief management / technical director of small-scale foreign-invested enterprises.

E.Personnel holding senior positions in top hospitals, provincial hospitals or foreign hospitals.

4. Be regarded as entrepreneurs and talents in emerging industries by:

Provide new products or services requiring patents, stable investment for three years, actual investment of no less than US $500000 and 30% or more shares of the enterprise.

A.The annual income shall not be less than 10 million yuan.

B.It is planned to hold senior management positions or technical experts in innovative industries that meet the requirements of regional administrative departments.

5. Under 40 years old, engaged in postdoctoral research, graduated from a senior university or academic institution. Or earn more than six times the local average wage.*Also, if you do meet these strict eligibility requirements, you can bring your spouse and children with you.

What is the processing procedure for this visa?

The application can be made online without any paperwork, and the information uploaded by the applicant will be shared by three departments, which will save the applicant time, because they do not need to submit information repeatedly.

Foreigners can only obtain qualification confirmation within 5 working days. If you have these qualifications, you can not only get quick approval from your family within one day, but also free of charge, stay up to 180 days at a time, and get a full 5-10-year visa.
