We are seeking a talented and experienced Wireless/LTE System Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, deploying, and optimizing LTE networks to ensure seamless connectivity and superior performance for our clients.

Design and plan LTE networks, including site selection, frequency planning, and capacity dimensioning. Deploy LTE infrastructure, overseeing equipment installation and conducting site acceptance tests. Optimize LTE networks to enhance coverage, capacity, and quality of service. Troubleshoot network issues and implement corrective actions to maintain optimal performance. Monitor network performance metrics and analyze traffic patterns to proactively address potential issues. Conduct interoperability testing to ensure compatibility between LTE equipment from different vendors. Maintain accurate documentation of network designs, configurations, and performance metrics. Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry standards to drive innovation and improvement in LTE network design and operation.
