1. Comply with Company and Project purchasing, traffic and logistics policies and procedures and act within the limits of delegated authority. 2. Develop the strategy and plan for logistics, recruit and train new comer, 3. Work with engineering, planning, project controls, quality, HSE, construction and other procurement organizations to ensure timely, cost-effective delivery of project materials and equipment 4. Assist in the development, for Customer approval, of a Transportation and Logistics plan, including identification and incorporation of all, or relevant portions of, INCOTERM. 5. Work with Procurement Manager, project manager and Customer to select qualified freight forwarder and/or Customs clearance service provider for specific project. 6. To ensure correct shipping document transferred among suppliers, freight forwarder, Customs clearance provider and Customers on time for duty-free application and Customs clearance.

1. Working in Penang, Malaysia; 2. Experience working with a freight forwarder, transport provider or customs broker is a significant advantage; 3. Bachelor degree or above; 4.Ability to communicate effectively in written and spoken English and Mandarin. 5. At least 3 years experiences at the intermediate level, performing the assigned tasks and providing supervision and guidance to assigned personnel;
