1. Standard English pronunciation without accent. 2. Under the age of 32, with a formal college diploma or above, graduated from an English related major; 3. Candidates with intermediate or advanced interpreting certificates for the English CET-6 exam are preferred. Candidates with a teacher qualification certificate are preferred, and those with at least one year of experience in teaching English or early childhood education are preferred; 4.
