Vietnam Business Sales This position is based in Vietnam and requires frequent business trips. The salary will be negotiated during the interview. Job Responsibilities: 1. Be responsible for the channel development and cooperation of container trade and container parts business in overseas countries such as Vietnam and other Southeast Asian countries. 2. Conduct research on the market capacity within the region, the market share of various container trade/container parts brands, customer consumption preferences, and customer information. 3. Comprehend the overall business development guidelines, plans, and tasks assigned by superiors and the team, and implement these plans and tasks. 4. Assist in or be responsible for business negotiations, complete contract signing, payment collection, channel maintenance, etc., and manage credit limits and control risks; be able to collaborate with the sales support team to complete order execution in a timely manner. 5. Develop customers within the region, proactively understand and analyze customer needs, identify customer pain points, and provide win-win solutions for customers; establish good customer relationships and safeguard the company's image and interests. 6. Conduct market research, actively understand and provide feedback on the dynamics of customers, the industry, and competitors. 7. Assist the company in formulating the strategic direction of the container trade/container parts market business.
Job Requirements
Requirements: 1. It is preferred to have more than two years of experience in the container trade/container parts industry. 2. Be proficient in using English, Vietnamese, and Chinese. Proficiency in other Southeast Asian languages will be an advantage. 3. Those with relevant channels and resources in containers or container parts will be given priority. 4. Have a good team spirit, be able to complete task objectives through intra-team and cross-team collaboration; possess strong stress resistance and be able to perform tasks excellently under pressure. 5. Have a strong pioneering and enterprising spirit, be willing to further establish a team and improve corresponding management capabilities according to business development; have strong logical thinking ability and work in a rigorous manner. 6. Have an understanding of relevant knowledge of international trade; have a broad vision, wide-ranging interests, and a certain foundation of economic knowledge.
