Job responsibilities
1. Assist in optimizing and improving training programs, and its implementation;
2. Maintain daily operation of the training project, summarize and analyze the department reports;
3. Improve training materials, optimize training procedures and improve operational efficiency;
4. Maintain the knowledge management platform;
5. Assisted in curriculum development, and cooperate with lecturers to accomplish the curriculum;
6. Execute other tasks of the management.
Job Requirements
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in education is preferred;
2. At least 3 years of Internet training experience;
3. Familiar with the training process, project organization skills;
4. Proficient user of Microsoft Office; PPT, H5 and other presentational software is preferred.
5. Optimistic and outgoing, good communication skills, earnest and responsible, team player
