Job description:  To be responsible for the accounting files, such as make the budget per month, finish the transfers and make the settlement of exchange, collect the invoice, etc.  To be in charge of office management: such as stationery purchased, receive and transfer the home and abroad calls , filing, book the tickets and hotel, etc  To help to finish the administrative issues, such as the visa& working permit renewal, annual check, social insurance declare, bank issues, etc 

To maintain the customers’ relationship: mostly by phonecalls  Create the database in line with the customers information  Website update based on requirements and daily maintenance  To assist foreign director to finish some tasks accordingly  Maintenance of business card, brochures, etc. stock and diffusion of commercial documents  Sometimes assisting in some commercial meetings  Manage incoming phonecalls  Possible translation work
