We are looking for an enthusiastic Technical Training Engineer to educate people in a technological field. You will develop technical training programs and help others develop skills that will make them better professionals. The goal is to contribute to the development of Latin American market dealers’ vehicle technology skills to meet organizational needs. 1.Develop technical training manuals and class materials including vehicle structure、working principle、disassembly and assembly. Responsible for preparing, conducting, and evaluating technical training programs. 2.Assess training needs to Latin American market dealers. Teaching ability and a calm, caring demeanor. Keen attention to details. Spanish/English and vice-versa for various meetings, documents, and activities. 3.Provide professional technical training to dealer of Latin American market.

1.BS degree in Engineering or relevant field 2.Proficiency in Spanish/Portuguese; knowledge of additional languages like English or Chinese is an advantage 3.Outstanding communication skills 4.Identify with Chinese culture
