II.Main Responsibilities 1.Cooperate with the company's business team to complete pre-sales/after-sales technical support work, including analyzing customer needs, providing technical consultations to customers, explaining solutions, and answering questions about technical solutions. 2.Communicate closely with the company's business team, conduct market research and technical analysis of competitors, understand and collect the future development trends and application scenarios of products, provide valuable opinions for product research and development, conduct regular customer technical exchanges, improve product technical awareness, collect and listen to customer needs (VOC), propose new product research and development needs to meet market needs. 3.Assist sales in formulating product strategies and technical solutions, coordinate internal and external resources of the company to ensure the implementation and delivery of project product goals. 4. Be responsible for internal and external technical exchanges, communications and technical support services during the project product process, track the progress of various links such as product research and development, production, delivery and service, and actively provide opinions on the company's product and market development. 5.Be responsible for docking on-site after-sales problems of overseas customers, coordinate internal resources of the company for corresponding responses, provide timely feedback on after-sales service information, and provide improvement suggestions for improving the company's product quality. 6.Conduct technical training for the sales business team, provide product training, technical explanations and exchanges to customers. 7. Complete other work assigned by leaders.

III. Qualifications 1. Male, around 35 years old, bachelor's degree or above. The working language is English. Possess fluent English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills, and be able to communicate smoothly with overseas customers. Majors related to science and engineering (such as electronics, machinery, automation, etc.) are preferred, and have a good technical foundation. 2. Have strong technical understanding and learning abilities, be able to quickly grasp the technical characteristics and application scenarios of the company's products, and provide professional technical support and solutions for customers. 3. Have good communication and coordination abilities and team spirit, and be able to effectively communicate and collaborate with various departments within the company, overseas customers, partners, etc. 4. Have strong pressure resistance and adaptability, and be able to adapt to corresponding business trips and overseas working environments.
