Technical Support Manager – Need PV Solar experienceFor this position, 2-3 years experience in PV solar industry is a mustThe office will be in Shanghai, ChinaJob Title Technical Support ManagerCompany **Solar Department TechnicalSupervisor’s Title Technical DirectorSubordinates 2 Technical EngineersCountry/Region Shanghai, ChinaJob PurposeThe main purpose of this job is to control the delivery of technical information to sales team and customers to help them selling Upsolar products, as well as to organize collection and analysis of on-field data to provide solution of improvements for customers PV systemsKey Responsibilies1/Provide updated technical information to customers to ensure understanding of Upsolar's product techinical features2/Bring solutions to customers technical issues to ensure timely and quality techinical support to customer3/Participate in new products development4/Accompany customers during audits in China to enhance the customer's understanding of Upsolar's products5/Develop training material and organize technical training to improve the team capability 6/Be in charge of following up the industrialization process of a new product line and study the opportunities for other potential product developments.
